Semi-Automatic Bag Filling Machine (25–50 kg, Double Weighing Hopper)

Developed by Taysan Makina, the semi-automatic bag filling machine with double weighing hoppers is designed for the precise and efficient packaging of granular products. It handles bag sizes ranging from 25 to 50 kg and can fill up to 150-180 bags per hour, depending on the product type.

Equipped with a touchscreen PLC control panel, the machine offers both semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes. Product is fed into the top bunker and pre-weighed in dual hoppers. When the bag is placed, the system automatically discharges the material into the bag. Once filling is complete, the bag is transferred onto a conveyor belt, where it is stitched automatically and moved out of the system.

Thanks to its high-precision weighing units and integrated safety features (emergency stop, alarms, and sensors), the machine ensures safe and consistent performance with minimal error. Its modular design allows it to be easily adapted to different products and changing market demands.
